Extractor
“ADMECH TECHNIQUE” Extractor is of horizontal construction. It comprises an articulated band conveyor assembly which receives material from the feed hopper and transports it at a very slow predetermined speed from the feed to discharge end.
Solvent Recovery Group
With all above processes done, now the solvent is recovered through Absorption System via which the vent gases pass through. This absorption unit contains vegetable oil that has high affinity towards solvent.
Meal De-solventizing Group
For better desolventization and toasting,it incorporates a pneumatic float and door system to modify bed height at each stage. The extracted meal is brought here to have the trapped solvent removed.
